Guru Shri Aniruddha Knight
My journey in Bharatanatyam began under the guidance of my first Guru, Shri Aniruddha Knight, who introduced me to the traditional Thanjavur bani of Bharatanatyam. As the grandson of the legendary Padma Vibhushan T. Balasaraswati, he carries forward one of India's most revered classical dance traditions. Under his guidance, I learnt the values of discipline, precision, rhythm, abhinaya, and a deep respect for tradition.
Guru Dr. Preetha
To further enrich my artistic journey, I pursued advanced training under Guru Dr. Preetha at Sri Abinaya Natyalaya. Training in the Kalakshetra style has expanded my artistic vocabulary, strengthened my stagecraft, and enabled me to appreciate the diversity within Bharatanatyam.
